Senate District 21 includes all of Santa Barbara County and more than 60% of Ventura County. It includes the cities and communities of Santa Maria, Buellton, Solvang, Goleta, Santa Barbara, San Buenaventura, the Santa Clara Valley (Santa Paula, Fillmore, Piru), Oxnard, Port Hueneme, and Camarillo.
